Miroslav Petrašinović was born on February 24, 1985 in Kragujevac. He finished Second Technical High School and graduated from the Faculty of Law in Kragujevac.
After graduation he was engaged in the internship program of the National Employment Service within which he worked as an independent associate on the affairs of insurance for non-residents in the National Health Insurance Fund – branch in the Šumadija District seated in Kragujevac.
In October 2014 he started working in the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia in the Sector for the Control of Contract Execution as an independent expert associate.
He is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party. He has been politically active since 2008.
In August 2015 he was elected the Vice President of the city board of Serbian Progressive Party in Kragujevac. He has been on this position to date.
During the Assembly session on June 10, 2016 he was elected President of the City Assembly.
