Sasa Milenic (1967) has graduated in philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and has been employed as a philosophy professor in the First Grammar School in Kragujevac. He published several dozens of newspaper articles, including theater previews and essays in Serbia and neighboring countries. From time to time he was engaged as editor. He is the author of four collections of poems. He is a member of the Association of Writers of Serbia.
Entering political life in 1996, he became cofounder and now the acting president of original political organization of citizens of Sumadija known as Together for Kragujevac. He was the first President of the Restoration of Monarchy Council in 1997 year. At the present he is Vice President of the Forum for the Serbian National Strategy based in Kragujevac, which acts with in the Serbian American Center.
He occupied the position of Deputy Mayor and was in charge of culture, education and public information service at the City Council for four years (2004-2008), and has been ever since closely involved in those spheres. He is an envoy of political initiative for decentralization of public service media in Serbia. After parliamentary elections held on May 11 in 2008, he was elected MP at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
He is married and has three children.
